Intro: In today’s society we are noticing an ever-increasing number of presenting mental health issues and challenges in kids in our schools. Issues such as attention-deficit, depression, anxiety, slef-questioning and self-esteem are typical of the ones that are cropping up more and more. Peter McCrory, an experienced Mental Skills coach and Sport Psychology Graduate, will showcase his work where he uses mental skills to help individuals develop functional coping strategies, provide structure and clarity to students and help them create an ability to accept what they have today; thus improving self-regulation, self-efficacy, and educational performance.
