Skip the lines and come and see our enigmatic black and white bears! While viewing these unique animals, use schematic diagrams to calculate various math problems, such as how large their enclosure is. We will also discuss their numbers in the wild and reproductive rate as well as their temperature needs, all tying into the importance of numeracy in caring for animals. We will also look at how they are an umbrella species and how many distinct species this means they help protect in the wild.
