Have you ever wondered how much space a tiger would take up in Yann Martel’s Life boat in Life of Pi? This is your chance to find out what it would be like to share a life boat with the myriad of animals that start off on Pi’s adventure across the ocean. We’ll explore the natural history of tigers and learn about their relationship with humans, including animal training. In a discussion about zoos around the world we’ll also compare the Pondicherry Zoo to the Calgary Zoo.
