Spend the day in Kananaskis Country tromping about on snowshoes with the Formal Education Coordinator with Alberta Parks. We'll discuss how to infuse environmental inquiry into your classroom throughout the winter months. We'll sink our teeth into how to provoke learning in a snowy landscape, play around with some knowledge building ideas, as well as create ideas on how to celebrate, act, or connect your student's questions with Alberta Parks. Come prepared to be outdoors, in a magical winter world, for the entire day. We'll also focus on creating a great outdoor wellness day, just for you, in the Rocky Mountains.
