Where:
Our school systems are built around structures. Collective agreements, programs of study, diploma exams, instructional times and days all provide us with the context to deliver one of the best educational systems in the world. They can, however, also restrict our ability as educational leaders to think and act creatively. Innovation in a highly structured school system can be elusive. By crafting the right work environment, assembling the right people and putting together the right teams, creativity and innovation can exist and thrive in a highly structered school environment.
