Come learn through play, in the company of your peers, as we explore a range of strategic board games that are well-suited to our classrooms!  From the promotion of growth mindset, social skills, deductive logic and analytic thought to developing basic math skills, storytelling, positive character and spatial reasoning, intellectual engagement abounds when choosing the right board game for the right subject matter and target audience.  We begin by examining research surrounding the educational benefits of board gaming, followed by a review of some top-rated board games that could integrate effectively into your curricular content.  We will then provide ample time to explore some of these games by playing them with other attendees, while offering board game suggestions tailored to your setting.  Game on!
