The new signature MINDFITNESS Training combines Mindfulness and Fitness to create MINDFITNESS. Designed specifically for teachers, students and parents we use movement and breath to connect your body and mind. Research shows exercise boosts student’s academic achievement, decreases behavior problems and improves focus and retention of information. During this session I will teach you MINDFITNESS techniques for relaxation, to improve fitness, focus, attention and concentration and to foster self-regulation. You will also experience in 30 seconds how you can shift negative thought patterns with a very simple breathing technique.
