Come learn how to navigate the road to post-secondary education. We will provide you with the information you need to advise students on what to expect when they arrive at SAIT. What are the expectations? How can students access and utilize support and services available to them? A big factor in a students’ successful transition from high school to a post-secondary institute is accurate knowledge about the next steps in their educational journey. This session will arm you with the knowledge and suggestions that you can share with your students and other staff to facilitate the successful transition to SAIT. We are also interested in hearing about what information you need from SAIT to assist students transition into post-secondary. Attendees at this session will be asked to offer feedback on how SAIT can best reach teachers and students, as well as how SAIT can interact with teachers throughout the school year.
