Listening, Laughing and Leading focuses on the power of listening and laughing to discover our mission, to create relationships, and to develop a positive class and chool climate. The presentation is based on original songs on guitar and banjo inspired by the writings of Ron Rolheiser, Rob Holden, Henri Nouwen, Daniel Goleman and Rachel Remen. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences and practice strategies.
