4,400 kids. 4,400 kids in Calgary go to school hungry. This is a harsh reality that Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids experiences every day. Thankfully, we have a caring community that consists of amazing school staff, over 650 wonderful volunteers each week, and generous donors who come together to make sure these kids have a nutritious lunch each school day and the feeling the someone cares for them. Come join us to find out how a simple, healthy lunch turns into so much more for the kids that receive it and for the people that make it. Find out what role you can play in this. We inspire meaningful action so that people can care for people!
