While professional learning communities and inquiry are common approaches to nurturing instructional excellence, are they the most effective? Designed for instructional coaches and leaders, this session will explore how an inquiry stance can enhance professional learning and development of instructional leadership competencies. Participants will examine thinking tools that support an inquiry stance toward instructional leadership practice, build instructional capacity, and successfully implement school improvement plans. This session will feature ideas valuable for instructional, school, and organizational leaders.
