So you decided to become a teacher and make a difference in the lives of your students and ultimately change the world . . . . however you now find yourself feeling overwhelmed, inadequate and unable to meet the needs of your students, staff, family or yourself. In other words, you're on the verge of burning out.

Burn out survivor Joyce Sunada knows exactly how you feel. After ignoring her wellness (as an administrator) she was forced to take a year long medical leave. She is now adamant, ”If you don’t take time for your wellness, you will be forced to take time for your illness."

In this interactive session you will have time to reflect on, rethink and reframe your teaching and wellness practices so you can experience more balance, less burn out and live a joyful and fulfilling life.
