Yoga (Grades K-12)
Students will develop their mind and body as they learn various Yoga postures, movements and breathing techniques. Yoga has been shown to help improve concentration in school, support body awareness in other activities and sports and help individuals relax under the pressures facing today’s youth. Our trained Instructors may incorporate music, games, challenges and partner work so that even those new or uncertain about Yoga will find it a rewarding experience.
